Terms and Conditions:
- For the Airline and Flight No fields, these must be filled in for bookings requiring pick-up at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali.
- For those requiring pick-up within Bali, please provide clear and complete information in the designated note field, including the pick-up address.
- For clients paying in currencies other than IDR, the exchange rate will be applied in real time (it is not within our control to determine the exchange rate), and the price is fixed at the time of booking.
- We do not accept complaints if the client ignores essential points in the form that must be filled out.
